Finally! The Inaugural "ncrnas in viral disease" symposium is held!

Finally, after over 4 years of planning and one pandemic, we were able to hold the inaugural "ncRNAS in Viral Disease" Symposium in New Orleans on November 15, 2023! This day-long symposium featured invited speakers from around the world to present current research in the areas of ncRNAs, RNA biology, and the role of ncRNAs in viral disease. The symposium was held in the beautiful Hotel Peter & Paul, which offered a beautiful backdrop for the days' presentations. Trainees from the Renne, Tibbetts, and Flemington labs attended, and all were invited to a dinner at a local New Orleans restaurant, Silk Road, following the symposium.
